Rental Details:

Monthly rent: $800–$1200 (based on needs)
Flexible access
Beautiful, serene atmosphere
Great location with built-in clientele potential
Utilities and Wi-Fi included
Room does not have a sink
Laundry available on site

Beauty Therapist

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our team! If you're experienced, reliable, and motivated to grow in a supportive, calming environment—we’d love to hear from you.

Position Details:
💼 Wage: $20–$25/hour plus tips (depending on experience)
🕒 Hours: Part-time to Full-time (flexible scheduling available) but must be available most Saturdays and until 6pm on scheduled weekdays.

Requirements:
✅ Esthetics diploma
✅ Professional experience in the field
✅ Confidence in providing services including:
• Facials

• Peels & Dermaplaning

• Light Therapy & Electrical Modalities
• Full Body Waxing
• Brow & Lash Tinting
• Lash Lifts & Brow Laminations
• Make-up & Hair for weddings, photoshoots, etc.
• Relaxation Massage/Hot Stone Massage
• Body Treatments
