To maintain our quiet atmosphere, we request that our guests use their spa voices for the duration of their visit to avoid disrupting other guests services.
No Outside Footwear Policy
To maintain the cleanliness of our studio, we kindly request that you remove your footwear upon entering. We do provide shoe covers or slippers for your comfort.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on purchased product. Please do let us know if you have any issues with your purchase
No Children Policy
If you have children aged 12 and under, please find alternative care for them during your appointment. We strive to provide our clients with relaxing and luxurious services.
No Cell Phones Policy
To maintain our quiet atmosphere we request that you turn off your cell phone and speak quietly during your visit.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please make any appointment adjustments at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. We require a minimum of 24hrs to cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment cost. No show appointments will be required to pay the full cost of services before rebooking.
