Kristen has been in business for herself for over 20 years. Her training started in grade 9 when she was given the opportunity to run the make-up department for her high school theatre. Since then she has owned a spa in Vancouver, Freelanced as a make-up & hair artist in Toronto and back in her home town she started a business from her home that has now expanded to a brick and mortar store in the downtown core. She excels at creating branding for businesses and events.
Over the years she has honed her systems to create seamless work flow for herself and her staff. With her extensive training in the beauty industry she can help anyone create signature treatments that are guaranteed to wow their guests. She can help you create relationships with your clients and close sales.
Repetitive work has caught up to her and as a result she's very familiar with ways to reduce injuries, prevent burnout and create boundaries.
